I updated my ticket a couple weeks ago and got no response so I posted here and where I was told that I was given the final answer months ago. How am I supposed to take further discussion to a ticket when I can’t even get a response there? Honestly, if I can’t get help here nor in a ticket what am I supposed to do to get my issue resolved?

I’m sorry, but on May 23 you told me that I can create a follow up ticket and ask for a review, but now you’re telling me that was pointless? The problem was not an inability to establish ownership, it’s that I was not given a chance to do so. I was told that my serial code was wrong, though I’m positive it was correct as I had the case that I bought sitting right in front of me. Even if my serial code was wrong, it’s my understanding that there are other ways to establish ownership of an account, but the person who dealt with my ticket simply told me that my serial code was wrong and that’s all there was to it. As I explained in the follow-up which was apparently disregarded, all I want is to know what I need to do to prove that I am the owner of the account. I had almost 3500 hours on that account and I would really hate for that all to go to waste simply because I wasn’t given a fair chance.

Regarding my ticket, 613325, I have always been capable of proving ownership of my account, but I was never given the opportunity to do so. I provided the serial code that came with the copy of the game that I bought and was told that it was wrong and that if I didn’t give the right one there was nothing they could do to help.

My ticket, 613325, is not a duplicate. I submitted this ticket because my issue was not solved 2 or 3 months ago when I submitted a ticket for the same problem. They closed that ticket without solving the issue and now this ticket has been closed without giving me a response. Again, it was not a duplicate and it was not resolved so I would really like a proper response.

My ticket, 613325, is 3 days old. Three days ago I got the following response:

" The issue you’re reporting will require a bit of additional investigation.

I am escalating your ticket for further assistance. A member of the team will be in contact with you as soon as the issue has been fully reviewed."

Today I got an email asking how my service was. I never got a real response to my ticket.
