Guild Wars 2

Dear Anet,

As a guild leader for a guild, I feel that all the pre-designed emblems are rather limited. It’s hard for me to find the right logo of a dragon that fits my guild’s name called “Dragons of the Silence”. The one I picked was alright (it looks like a phoenix body with dragon face). All the dragon logos are not exactly what I was looking for; some of them are terrible. Personally, as a talented graphic designer, I would love to submit my own just for my guild. I hope there are other guild leaders out there who feel the same as I do about the limit numbers of emblems to choose from.

Would you consider this “customized emblem” option for the guilds? I heard that a game, Eve, does this for theirs. Would it be possible for this to happen? Why or why not?

If I could finish my new look, it would motivate me to be more active, yes. I have no other goals in the game right now so I just don’t feel like playing until I get that skin. So what? Is it really a surprise in an MMO that is mostly about collecting skins?

I can totally relate! I had a Sylvari that I grew to dislike her face and hair. I used the makeover kit and made her beautiful. I was so happy I didn’t have to delete her and will keep playing her and take screenshot of her. I love it.

I found out that Mask of the Silent was in Gem store a month ago according to the sticky thread that posts what’s in gem store now. argh! lol jeez. Well, I guess I gotta keep an eye daily!

I like to set fashion goals for my toons and save the list to work on getting them. The disappointment is that some things look amazing on my toons but when I look up on how to earn it, it turns out a few items are from gem store but not available. Like that “mask of the silent” … I WANT that one. Seriously. Why can’t EVERYTHING that was on gem store stay there forever and not disappear? It would be so much less frustrating. Argh.
