Guild Wars 2

Yeah I kinda thought GW2 went away from the whole NCsoft account… Which is probably why I can’t remember my password. Oh well. Guess I’ll have to call them. >_>

So… I don’t know where I need to turn, because nothing I’ve tried works and I know this forum gets checked.

My issue is: I can’t access my NCSoft account… I tried the Password Reset on the site, the response was I should wait upwards to 30 minutes. I did. Twice. Nothing.

So I sent a mail to support@ncsoft.com and got a reply that that mail isn’t checked anymore and my ticket was closed. Great. It then told me I need to click which game I’m having issues with (None really) and go from there. And the only password reset on this site is for my Guild Wars account, which I don’t have a trouble with.

Hello there, I would like to know if there are any plans of implementing a toggle for overall sounds and/or music (WoW have this one Ctrl+S alt Ctrl+M as an example.) This option is something I would love as I keep muting by the Windows soundmixer at the moment.

Nothing that needs to be there but it’s just an awesome feature if you don’t feel like hearing 40+ people smashing a champion up all day.
