2 NPC’s died in the archway just before Rally. Pulling things doesn’t work, the giant leashes before he gets anywhere near them. Many of us have karma waiting to buy shards to finish our legendaries. It’s idiotic enough to have the vendor be at the end of this chain quest, but to then leave it this buggy is beyond belief.
