And also because of the Precision bonus from Axe Mastery, you could swap out Signet of Fury for something like “For great justice” to provide some more might too.

Solo I could see how GS would be better.

I’m talking more of a raid environment where Rev and Others can supply the might while you still have PS to share your own might stacks that you can get from Signet of Rage (since you dont need headbutt anymore) Plus your healing skill giving 5 stacks of might also.

I’ve been testing on the Dummys in the training area and comparing the 2.

Builds arnt changed much at all, GS is the standard raiding build while im just changing Forceful Greatsword to Great Fortitude and Berserker’s power to Axe mastery, so not much fiddling involved.

I’ve been pulling around 1k more dps with A/A with a standard rotation of whatever comes of CD first. So I’m really not min/maxing as much as I could be aswell.

I get that Greatsword has more mobility, etc. But It’s so good to actually change to something else!

Go test it for yourself! Seems its roughly even or A/A is pulling ahead slightly!

I’ve also been pulling way to much adrenaline needed for Bserker so it gives us a chance to swap out our Elite skill to something else!

Is it possible to use a build with Axe/axe and do comparable dmg to greatsword now?

I’m getting so sick of the same old build with GS, need something new for more flavor that isnt condi dmg based. Really love the idea of Axe/axe and the animations

Anyone have any luck in dmg wise with different power/zerker based builds with different weapons?

I’ve got the mats to craft ascended and want to know if beserkers or sinister/ect are the best for a full dps set up?

Does anyone know the best dps build yet ect? Or too early to tell?

Hello ladys and gents, just coming back to GW2 as Iv finally given up on the old WoW game and looking to come back fresh with a different mind set this time, Iv always had my warrior has my first character and main in GW2.

The problem is im lacking any real idea of the current warrior meta build at the moment, Iv seen “hambow” and gs/axe+shield but I have no idea whats better at the moment for WvW/PvE Content, please enlighten an old player !
