Well, if it’s a bug from upgrading, how do I contact support? When I click on the link, I get a search box and FAQ questions. Don’t see where I can put in a ticket.
But in how old this thread is (which I found by googling time restrictions since I couldn’t find the info anywhere), and how many company responses there are, I still have not seen any official word on when certain restrictions are lifted. I couldn’t find my old account from release, so made a free account, then upgraded to HoT 3 days ago (later tonight). Went to try to buy a Greatsword off the Trading Post for a silver and a half to replace my Hammer and said I was under a time restriction.
For a free-to-play that seems OK, but kinda silly when someone just spent 50 bucks. But I can live with that. Problem comes in when nothing anywhere tells me when those features will become available though. “A few days” or “Over Time” is in no way a valid timeline. I think people get peeved about some of this because there is no definitive outline.
