@Michael. I have done that. It still has had no effect on the “black screen” issue. And Gabriel, I do not have the luxury of direct connection unless I want to pay COMCAST a stupid amount of money to come out and install a new cable hookup in my cave. Any other ideas would be great, especially from ARENANET!!!

When I am playing on any ton, in any map area, doing any random thing, my screen will just go black. I can hear game sound and that is it. I have submitted several in game tickets and still have heard no response. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several time. Even on different harddrives. The only thing I can come up with is either it is a random production thing where certain retail copies of the game have been affected, some netcode error, or GW2 hates me. I would like to go with one of the first two. It keeps me from being able to make any progress in FOTM due to the fact that when it “black screens”, I log back in andthe game puts me back in LA OUTSIDE the FOTM. When I go back in, I’m at the beginning of a random dungeon. PLEASE HELP!!!!
