I actually have a problem with mine
I had several items in the build queue, each with a couple days duration so it shouldn’t have completed by now…
However, “Research Economy Level 1” is STUCK at 00:00 and not moving.
I was able to add two new items to the queue, and one of them is even ticking down (due to Guild Workshop), but all 3 (the stuck research, AND the newly queued research) are unable to be deleted.
I created a support ticket for the stuck build item.
TLDR:
- One build item in the queue is stuck at 00:00
- Newly added items can not be removed from the queue
