Guild Wars 2

I am stuck at the step where I am supposed to talk to Zommoros through Miyani but the “I need to ask about the karka creatures that attcked the city” option is missing on her menu when I talk to Miyani.

I’m on Sea of Sorrows overflow and there was a meta update at 12:30pm PST saying we can now take the ship to karka colony. But from 12nn-12:29pm NOTHING happened in lions arch. I am guessing we were supposed to “defeat” the ancient karka within the 30 minutes and then go after them once we’ve defeated them?

Despite all the bugged content (Noll etc.) I am disappointed in this one-time event but I still want to participate. I’d like to know what is Anet’s plan to make up to us players. Do we get to redo the events in the future?
