The difference between single use dyes and dyes that you collect is that in a collection you start to care for the missing ones you have.
Putting effort to a collection is really hard (atleast for me) when you know you’ll lose it when you change your character. In this case I’d have loved it better if they were single use, but would rejoice if they were made account wide.
