I am unable to click on the catapult as well. Have been trying for the last several days. I had no issues with a different character a week or so ago. I was also previously able to talk to the charr that are at the base of the tower with the vista – now they have not conversation to offer.
Is it bugged? Is there an event that is failing to trigger?
