Guild Wars 2

Id like some suggestions for a build for PvE for hunting down skill points in HoT so I can build up my Guardian to Dragon hunter( also would like a DH build as well). Any advise would be great so I can start my guardians lvl grind

In PvE im looking for the ability to blow away the enemy and survive the fight. WvW I haven’t played much but scouting/Backline spark my interest

Pretty much the title trying to decide which of the two classes to make my new character, with PvE and WvW as the main focus and sPVP as a follow up

Which one would be good to choose?

So pretty much the title, but more on the detail trying to decide between them with PvE, WvW focus with sPVP behind those two.
