100% agreed. To put this much effort into an event that lasts a week a year is admirable. It bodes very well for the future of GW2. You can’t please everyone ANet, don’t try, just keep doing things the way you do and you’ll have another 7 year hit on your hands.

I just don’t get this. Once you get past the wait on the cog, if you’re going at anything near the speed required to make it the field clears out pretty quick, almost instantly in fact.

I do think it’s just a cover up for people who aren’t that good at JPs. Nothing wrong with that, but blaming a Norn or a Char is a bit low.

Hated it, but loved it at the same time. Reminded me of how computer games used to be, where winning was an achievement rather than an inevitability. Kudos to ANet for being brave enough to put something like this in. I hope they don’t nerf it, but if they do at least we’ll all know we did it on hard mode.
