House always wins when you gamble, Fritz. The thing is, you are often getting tonics instead of getting anything you can actually use.

There are numerous other gambles to be had when it comes to the mystic forge, but this topic is about the Halloween event and the skins being put into something so random.

They need to just create the skin for us to buy, short window, or whatever; paying money for a dice roll for appearance is unsettling.

I would be jubilant to pay, say, $4-6 for the scythe staff skin, but instead, Arenanet seems to think that all of these skins and services should be a lottery found in chests instead of a straight, legitimate purchase.

Ways to decrease "Dungeon Armor Grind"

As much fun as it is running the same route 12 times for a piece of armor (or even 3 routes 4 times for a piece of armor), I think the ‘neutral seal’ change would be amazing. It would also cut down on time needed to create groups.

The fact is, there is a massive grind for dungeon gear at level 80 (or any level for that matter.) And though you can say we are not meant to farm dungeons, we are literally stuck doing just that: we have to clear the SAME dungeon 100 times to earn an entire set of matching armor, and there is no way around this (if we want that specific set of armor.)

You could say we are meant to take it slow…but still, logging in for 100 days straight just to look for a group for a dungeon, and then clearing said dungeon, is not the way I want to be spending my in game time for the next 100 days.

Additionally, I think the following should be balanced accordingly:

Routes are now rated with a difficulty (easy, medium, hard.) and the rewards scale as such. (maybe 10 seals per boss for hard. Easy would be completeable in 30 minutes or so.

Increased seal drop rate of all bosses all bosses now drop 8 (or 10) seals. Final boss seal amount decreased from 15. Dungeons reward same amount of seals overall, and the time taken to earn 10 seals is now more relative to time spent instead of dungeon complete.

(in line with last change) Killing a boss for the second time per day only rewards 5 seals.

Completing a dungeon now rewards karma 1-2k

All seals have become neutral. You may now spend seals from any dungeon to buy any item.

(In line with previous change) World event chests now drop seals. 1-5 depending on difficulty. [Note: world event should take roughly 30 minute – 1 hour to complete if it is to drop a seal. Additionally, you must complete all 3 steps of a world event to gain the seal, to keep players from joining at the last minute.)

Sorrow's Embrace, Path 1, Grenadier annoyance

The dungeon is Sorrow’s Embrace. The issue inside the path one of this instance is with the grenadiers.

They seem to be on a permanent spawn, with wave after wave of grenadiers coming after you. It is not to say that these grenadiers are unbeatable, but if you combined the grenadiers with the boss, with the small space you have to roam, this first boss is quite challenging, nigh impossible.

Please give us a way to "hard reset" dungeons like in WoW.

“You can basically do that by using the reset mode.

1. (On your character you want to do dungeon) log out to you character selection.
2. Log in with another character (not the one you’re doing the dungeon with) wait for the screen to load and till you’re in game.
3. (on your toon) Log out to character selection again, and then back to your character you’re doing the dungeon with.
4. The dungeon should be reset by now…"

Is this "reset mode’ one of Guild Wars 2 most noble features?

Please give us a way to "hard reset" dungeons like in WoW.
