As a follow on from my previous post, here are the relevant tickets submitted regarding my hacked account .

120905-002192 – Blocked Login
120903-001946 – Hacked Account
120829-002710 – Original ticket regarding hacked account

In summary, my account has been restored, but it is still “permanently banned” and I am unable to login to the game itself.

My account was compromised on the 27th of Aug, and it was restored on the 4th of Sept. But it was, and still is banned for conducting gold selling activities and I am still unable to log into the game.

My original support ticket is 120829-002710 which I have updated over 24hrs ago, and am awaiting a response regarding game access restoration.
