@Furby At first I hated the staff but after a keyboard switch (closer F1-F4 keys) and a bit of combo practice I had a lot of fun with it. My fav so far is d/d. Kinda sad that I can’t switch between the two like my rogue does with ranged and d/d. I can imagine that thiefs and warriors who know how to run circles around ele’s will greatly kill the mood of using a staff.

That is good news then, I might level up my Thief to try out PVP basics and go from there. LOL at the graph. I played 6 years of WoW and only did PVP so I am hoping that maybe a few youtube videos and a few months of dieing in this game will prepare me.

I really enjoy the mobility factor of this game as well. You really have to move around for the full effect.

I very much enjoy experimenting with combos and I find it a bit silly to say, but before bed and when I wake up I am considering new combo’s to try when I get a chance to play. I enjoy the complexity of the class. I just want to make sure there are no gaping deficiencies in the class other than skill.

How high do ranks go? Are they attained through sPVP? or all PVP?

I enjoy all kinds of PVP.

So I just hit level 21 last night and was wondering what role a Ele plays in PVP. I enjoy 1v1 and have noticed I have a lot of AOE spells. Am I doomed to stand back and cast AOE spells?

I also notice a lot of sad ele’s. Do people find that elementalists have been nerfed to the ground or is it just a general frustration due to recent nerfs.

Excuse me if I do not know acronyms, I just started playing and have only played one game of WvW because I have been leveling a lot.

So that is why. I tried to find a copy of GW2 but I couldn’t and had to buy it online. Now It is taking forever to download.
