Can someone help me understand? I am trying to get the Local Hero Achievement which needs me to complete XX number of renown hearts. I have 100% map completion which, I thought, required me to have completed all hearts in all zones. But I still have about 50 renown hearts to complete (not sure of # b/c not in game right now).

I am not sure what I still need to complete to get this achievement. Can someone help me understand?

Hi all —

I have one friend left I play the game with and he’s trying to help me get 100% map completion (I’m at 99% and only need Malchor’s Leap.)

On Maguuma, we couldn’t get close last weekend because of so many events/champs around the different Altars.

Are there servers out there with people who try to keep these areas more accessible by doing the events somewhat regularly? We’d love to Guest somewhere to be able to try to complete this zone.

I just did this recently to get some more storage. I had lots of questions about the process, but once I started it, and started earning influence, and then checked under Architecture, it really was pretty easy to follow. I had also heard that you get 10 influence for each character you log in each day. I played for a few days, and then supplemented by “buying drinks” to get enough influence to start the next ‘stage’.

Think the total you need is 2500 influence. Seems like a lot, but what I spent on influence was cheaper than any other way to get more storage for me.

My old guild departed for other games a couple of months ago. Recently, I’ve been reminded how much more fun this game can be when you play with others, so I’ve been tentatively looking for a new guild on Maguuma. I have a ranger who can’t put more than 10 points in any of her lines – says I need to open them up. I bought an Adept manual (I am over level 11) but I cannot “use” it – can’t double click it – nothing.

Do I need the next level of manual (1 gold) to go about 10 in my trait lines? I thought Adept did that, but maybe I already bought and used one of those and just don’t remember.

I’m trying not to waste 1 gold buying the next manual if there’s some odd bug and it wont help me.

Any thoughts? Thx in advance.

My level 34 hunter just bought her Adept Manual (I know, behind the times), but I can’t ‘use’ it. It won’t double click, can’t right click and ‘use.’

Quite possibly user-error, but I can’t figure this out. Any ideas? Thx.

I’m too casual of a player – it wouldn’t be worth it for me if there was a monthly fee.

Toons can’t cross the bridge in LA at the portals to the other major cities to get to the Wolfbane capital and snowy zones. You fall straight through the wooden bridge.

I’m still having trouble loading the Buy or Sell screens in the TP.

I’m really enjoying the game but am reaching the point where it would be more fun to have some others to play with. It would be great to be able to ask for help when needed and help others as I can. I’m looking for a mid-sized guild that likes to have fun together, and is willing to teach its members how best to work together. I’m really open to learning from people who play better than me!

I’m mid 40s, female, educated, don’t like drama, play the game to have fun, a casual player who likes all aspects of the game. So far I’ve pretty much just PvE’d, but I’d love to get in to some RvR (sorry, last game I played seriously was DAoC – old habits!) I am US east coast, playing most evenings and random weekend times.

My main is a mid 40s ele and I’m currently on Blackgate but would be open to moving for the right guild.
