Did you try entering the Chantry of Secrets? (Bloodtide Coast, south of the entry point from Lions Arch)
I had to enter here to get the achievement and Gifts of Exploration.

/edit: Yes, i had to go there even as a Member of the Order of Whispers, so i already had that POI!

Sometimes i get lucky and have no lag at all, but the last few days were outright unplayable (3-second to 3+ minute long lags).

Yesterday was fine with no lag, today unplayable (especially in instances). Getting booted 20+ minutes into a story-quest and having to start over just is frustrating.
Currently playing on Dzagonur (DE) from germany.

Router reboot does nothing. Tried pinging/tracerouting google.com for an hour while experiencing lag and not having a single packet drop with a ping of <15ms.

Same story for me! Finished up an area, got 2 lvl70 exotics and sold them in the trading post. they were sold instantly and i never got any money for it!
