I would also like to know this. Is it the usual 2 weeks? I ask as I have finals over the next two weeks, and really want that mini panda, but won’t have time to play

This occurred to me also in the Lion’s Arch overflow, I logged in and received both the achievement and the helmets. Should I destroy them?
As I understand it, the fireworks are over the weekend only. However when I loaded into Lion’s Arch about 5 minutes ago, I received the achievement and helmet reward for watching the fireworks display. Is this intended?
I also experienced this today with the Skill Point Accumulator achievement; when I levelled up after doing a single Skill Challenge I received the daily. I am unsure as to why this occurred, but I too had unspent skill points when I levelled up.
