Guild Wars 2

Whenever I try to log in an error page pops up with error code 11:1001:2:1270. I just downloaded Guild Wars onto a new computer and I tried to link the accounts but it continued to have a server error. Also I feel kind of stupid admitting this but I deleted the email with my serial code in it and I don’t really know what to do about that.

I have a grey question mark over my guild wars icon and when I click it nothing happens. If I try to right click it the only option is to remove it from the dock. Does anyones else have this problem or am I just doing it wrong?
