Guild Wars 2

So about a split second before or after the risen priest of Balthazar in Straits of Devastation was defeated, my character fell into the downed state. As soon as this happened, a oscillating ringing noise started to come out of my right ear non-stop.

This was in the place of ALL sound in Guild Wars – I could still hear people from my voice program just fine, so it was definitely the GW2 client.

I tried switching my sound device in the settings to no avail, then I tried logging out to character select.

Only when I reset the game did the sound return to normal.

For the possible winter holiday event – it’d be cool if you guys put in a back piece that’s basically a bag full of toys, where you can see some toys sticking out like a teddy bear head or a ball.

I was part of the series of events that eventually led to the fight with and defeat of Champion Modniir Ulgoth in Harathi Hinterlands. However, me and most other people present only got bronze rewards, silver, or sometimes no reward at all, in spite of getting gold in all the events leading to the final one.

I’m wondering if this is intentional or just a weirdly graded event reward issue.
