I just came back from work still the same information when i try to log in Grace period has ended, i cant play for 8 days now its startign to be frustraiting

I got email from GM Xionaque that he revived my ticket 121227-002897 and that my issue has been resolved and my account Kruk.9516 is now accessible , but when i try to log in i hade information that Grace period has ended You have not applied a retail code to your account and the grace period has ended . Until you apply a retail code you will be unable to continue playing guild wars 2. Well ofc its not true since i was playing gw since headstart and clearly i have serial code applied on my account, whats going on then ?

I decided to made this post since i didnt get any respond from support since 6 days for any of my tickets.Kruk.9516 is my display name and this is they only thing that support send me and like i said it was 6 days ago

Thing is that 9 days ago my account was hacked it happened during night my time atleast when i find out about it i send ticket to support immediately and i get help really fast in about 2 hrs so i was be able to change all my logs and passwords so i was sure they hack wont happened again well ofc i lost all my items and gold that i hade maybe about 100gold so not that much since im doing spvp mostly ,but alteast i was able to play gw for about 2 days then i got banned for sellign gold or items for real money, ofc that it happened only during hack so clearly it wasnt me and im more then sure that you can check ip list so you will know that i couldnt move from poland to probably china in few hrs and log there on my account. Maybe here i will get any respond not much hope for it but anyway is worth to try Kruk.9516 is my display tickets 121227-002897 121229-002207 121231-001990 oh and btw for all those days when i was tryign to log on my account i hade info that account is suspened for breaking rules of conduct since last few hrs that my email or password are inccorect why is that
