We’re a very small EU guild of only a few active players and we have been struggling to get our guildhall claimed given that we have different time-zones within the group.

We’d appreciate some assistance with claiming the Gilded Hollow.

Ideally we would like 3 or 4 people to give us a hand.

Hi!

I am looking for a smaller, active PvE guild to experience GW2 with. I would love a guild with people who enjoy leveling together as well as running events and dungeons. Ideally, you’d be large enough to always have some people online but not so big it becomes impersonal.

I used to play quite a bit when the game was released but quit mostly due to it not being a lot of fun to always play alone. I am getting back into the game now and was hoping to meet some people who enjoy playing a socializing.

I’m open to RP if it is something your guild does.

I have a little bit off WvW experience and enjoy running with organised groups.

I’d prefer a European server and am willing to move to find a good match.

The League of Friends [LoF] was set up as a home for European players of the original Guild Wars trilogy who were looking for a group of people to play with, help each other out and share some fun and enjoyment along the way. We have now set up our presence in Guild Wars 2.

We are a smaller guild by intent as we feel that it’s better to have a guild where everyone knows each other than a larger, sprawling, more impersonal guild. We currently have about 30 members and are looking to increase that number by a few more, mature (well, ish ) players. Ideally we are looking for players 18+ and currently have members varying from 25 to 45. Our emphasis is on being able to have a laugh and enjoy ourselves whilst playing Guild Wars 2 with guild mates that take the game seriously but understand that there is a real life out there as well.

Our playtimes and organised outings are based around UK time as we draw the majority of ours members from that region. We play on the server Gunnar’s Hold.

We are a very friendly guild that focuses mainly on PvE, however, we do have a few members who enjoy WvWvW as well. We do regular dungeon runs, but also like to meet up for jumping puzzles, personal story progression, world exploration or any other PvE activity that comes to mind.

Our members are almost always more than willing to help each other out or just muck in and have a good time with whatever people want to do.

We look to recruit people who would like to become long term members, so we do ask that you meet us in-game for a brief and hopefully not too painful chat with some members and officers before we agree to accept you as an official member.

Level of experience and ability are not an issue in The League Of Friends. We accept players of all levels of experience, all classes and all races. Help and advice is always forthcoming whenever asked for.

We don’t require exclusive membership or that you represent us at all times, though we hope you’d want to represent us for some of the time if you are a member of multiple guilds.

The main thing we ask for in our members is that they are friendly and enjoy themselves when online. Feel free to chat and make friends, it’s why we’re here. One thing you will not find in The League Of Friends is intimidation or talking down to. Indeed, if anyone is found to be rude and elitist then they will be warned not to do so again, however I cannot remember the last time this was needed. We also have a Teamspeak server for use by our members to chat and communicate with each other; however, use of this is by no means a requirement.

I have to agree with this sentiment. The number of runs required for even a single piece of armor feels quite high. It would be awesome if the tokens were account-bound and would allow us players more flexibility.

Server transfers are free at the moment, Orya. So maybe you’d want to consider them anyway.
