Just found this by a GW2 Dev on GW2 Guru…
“The World Complete achievement track includes all of the Explorable Maps, the 6 cities in Tyria, the Chantry of Secrets, and the 4 WvW maps. It does not include any dungeons, story or PVP maps.”
So, I went to the Chantry of Secrets. I have been there before for my Personal Story and it was down as 1/1 POI. However, as soon as I entered my Gifts of Exploration and 100% popped up!!!

Thank you! I went back to the Chantry of Secrets eventhough I got it before.. got my Gifts of Exploration and 100% World Map Completion.. Yay!
