The big issue is that the TP is currently being run via the Awesomeprocess browser. This could be solved however by not passing the entire item from the browser to the game but simply exchanging of the item id. This was quietly implemented in other mmos to allow for item call commands.
+1
With all these signings, it would be nice to have a simple confirmation of being heard. No promises needed (yet) but just a simple “We’ll look into it”
I can assure the ports are fine. After doing a traceroute I identified a hop which is down.

Here is a helpful thing to test especially those with routers.
REMEMBER THIS IS FOR TESTING PURPOSES ONLY!
1. Temporarily Disable Virus Scanners (most people dont know but these can also act as a firewall)
2. Turn off Windows Firewall and/or any other firewall programs you might have running.
THIS IS IMPORTANT
3. Unplug your modem and router.
4. Plug your computer DIRECTLY into the modem. This is to test if your router is causing this blockage
5. Power on your modem
6. At this time most websites will tell you to restart your computer blah blah. This is not needed in windows 7 BUT just in case do the following
7. Hold down the WINDOWS key and press R. This will open the Run window
8. Type in CMD and press enter
9. In this cmd window type and then press enter the following: ipconfig /release
10. This will clear your internet information (IP DNS etc etc)
11. Type and press enter after the following: ipconfig /renew
12. This will refresh your internet information from the modem (saving your from restarting)
13. Open a website to confirm that you have internet. If you dont, restart your computer (you probably messed up a command in the CMD window but its ok)
14. If the website loads (dont use google! try a new site like: testmy.net ) then open and test the game
If this works, it means that either a firewall or your router is causing an issue.
Dont forget to post your results if this helped or not so others can learn and move forward with solutions

Bro this is simple. The game is trying to call upon memory but your machine is not releasing the idle memory. This is pretty simple to fix with a couple changes.
1.
Increase your page file to allow for more virtual memory for everyday things. This will assist with loading etc.
http://www.bing.com/search?q=how+to+increase+the+page+file&FORM=AWRE
2.
Make sure your system is only running things that it NEEDs. I dont know about you but I cannot remember the last time I needed to print something while gaming. Most people dont know this but there is a service running in the background just waiting incase you feel the urge to print.
Guild Wars 2 is design to run on an engine which is more CPU intensive then Graphics card intensive. So saving every drop is important!
You can get rid of most of these things while gaming without being a wiz behind the keyboard. Enter: Game Booster. http://www.iobit.com/gamebooster.html
Its a free software which changes your computer to “gaming mode” and normal mode with a click of a button. Best feature is the price……free
3rd.
This is not necessary but helpful since you are increasing your page file. http://www.iobit.com/iobitsmartdefrag.html Smart Defrag!
Hope this helps and post if it does so others with your problem can find a solution.

If only Guild Wars 2 thought to explain the error code messages….Wait a sec! They did!
Error Code 58 x x x x
(example – 58:11:2:1064:101)
“The game client was unable to connect to the log-in server. Please restart your client and try again. If the problem persists, contact Customer Support for assistance at http://support.guildwars2.com.”
If restarting the client does not resolve the issue, please follow the direction below to create a new shortcut:
Navigate to your Guild Wars 2 folder.
Right-click on the file GW2.exe and select Create Shortcut.
Right-click the file Gw2.exe – Shortcut and select Rename.
Rename this file to Guild Wars 2 NewAuth.
Right-click on the file Guild Wars 2 NewAuth and select Properties
Locate the Target line and add the following:
For NA players, add: “-authsrv 64.25.38.54” (no quotes)
For EU players, add: “-authsrv 206.127.159.107” (no quotes)
Your target line will look something like this: C:\Games\GW2\Gw2.exe -authsrv xx.xx.xxx.xx
Click Ok to save your changes.
Once completed, double click Guild Wars 2 NewAuth to start connecting to the server. Should you continue to experience error 58, you may need to configure your router for port forwarding.
Guild Wars 2 requires TCP ports 80, 443, 6112 and port 6600 be fully unrestricted and accessible, both inbound and outbound. For further information about opening ports or port forwarding, you can visit the following website: http://www.portforward.com Please note, this site is not affiliated with or supported by NCsoft or ArenaNet.
If you are connecting to Guild Wars 2 while on a campus, military, or business network, please check with your network’s administrator to verify that these ports are fully opened and unrestricted. If you are on a home Local Area Network (LAN), you will want to make sure that your network’s hardware is properly configured.

You know what you listed for computer specs is completely useless. To put it in car terms you basically said you have an engine and power windows.
If you provided proper spec break down (CPUID for example) then I could assist with the issue.
First thing to note….GTS 250 is NOT an “amazing” card to begin with. Video cards hide behind memory numbers but thats just the tip of the performance.
