Can confirm- this also happened to me

Yeah I had 90 and spent 6 activating gambits! The rest disappeared

So I was trying to do the queen’s gauntlet with 5 gambits and got decimated by deadeye, as I tried to que up gambits for another attempt it suddenly closed out the NPC dialogue and when I tried to select more gambits again I noticed ALL my queen’s gauntlet tickets were gone. I had around 90 and the slot I had them in was empty as if I had destroyed them. I thought at first I may have lagged and dragged them out of my inventory but my inventory wasn’t open and I didn’t receive the “destroying item” notification and there were no traces of lag, all smooth. I reported in game but was not sure if I picked the right category so I wanted to post here just in case.

So I know I’m a bit late to the game, but I just finished watching Gurren Lagann (which I now know as one of the BEST Anime ever) and I couldn’t resist doing this to my thief.

Same problem here, also on the Mac beta. I’ve tried reinstalling the game, making the playlists all over again, but nothing seems to work.

So I had custom playlists for Battle, BossBattle, and Ambient up and working for quite some time now, but after logging in after the latest tequatl patch they seem to have stopped playing. The normal GW2 audio is working (thank goodness) but I can’t seem to figure out why my custom music isn’t even triggering in game.

I haven’t done anything to the mp3 files or the playlists themselves, and the only thing that has changed since they stopped playing has been the patch.

I’m playing from a Mac so I thought I’d post in this forum just to see if this is a mac beta client issue or not. Anyone else have this problem?

I really like that notation actually, I hadn’t thought of it before but I think I’ll go back and edit my posts with that format, it’s classy.

We can’t, this is not the right key.

Please note that the flute can only play the C major key, and only with two octaves.
So there is something like 90% of all music you can’t play on the flute.

With some imagination, one can transpose songs into the flute’s key (which is E actually) and make it almost fit the original. Many of the songs I’ve figured out don’t match exactly to the original due to us not having half steps to work with. I’ll attempt your request but which part are you interested in from that video? The man singing or the background instrumental?

edit: So after playing around with it, yeah that song is actually pretty rough. We’re missing too many notes to make it sound anything close to what it should be. This goes to show how awesome having sharps/flats would be Anet!

I’ve got a ton I’ve managed to figure out. My notation is kinda weird but hopefully you can follow it.

-The “x” means to hit your octave change button, whatever that may be. If the song begins with an x, like “x34….” then it begins in the higher octave (since when you first load the flute you are in the lower octave, I put the initial x to remind me to change up an octave)-

EDIT: I’ve changed the way I formatted the notation in all the descriptions of the videos that is hopefully easier to read than my weird “x” thing. I’ve replaced those songs with videos here with the updated notation.

Everything Inside a parenthesis is now in the upper octave, those without parenthesis surrounding them are in the lower octave! Enjoy!

So turns out Crossing Field, the opening to sword art online (I personally love it, others don’t but whatever) works perfectly in the flute’s key. It’s painfully hard to play since it is pretty fast paced and the delay lasts an eternity but maybe someone will find this neat.

edit: so turns out after practicing some more i’ve gotten used to the delay, It’s much faster than the video now!

Oh I see, I think we got confused looking at when zenith weapons are awarded with each chest. The placement made me think we were further ahead on chests than we are. Al’s well.
