up date after canceling a 2g75 s bid i had. not only did it return my bid but the rest of the gold that was missing . So
if you guys have any bids up try removing them and see if the rest of the gold comes back
Yea same thing happen to me I am missing 14 gold . Nothing in my pick up box and I have all ready posted in another thread as well . And to John Smith if gold is never lost where did it go? and If there is a delay how long? Its been over 24 hours now and there is nothing in my pick up tab and no record on anything i tried to buy on the trade post But as soon as the trade post was back up my14 gold is missing from my inventory
Not only did I pay 60 bucks for a game I have also used real money for gems and in game gold for gems. So a simple pm saying were looking into it would be nice
I put in a ticket Yesterday and there is no log on anything on the trade post nothing in my pick up window . Does not even say I bought anything reason being it would not let me buy anything . So if two days ago It was timing out when people were trying to buy stuff and all of a sudden it comes back up and my 14 gold is gone from my inventory . Then that is a issue on your end not ours. I understand these things take time but it would be nice for some body from arena net to update this post and let us know there working on the issue at hand . As of right now I have no desire to play the game. I mean who wants to play the game with no money on there chars being that I have 2 lv 80s and all cant even afford to repair if i die a few times
Here is the issue . When the trading post was not letting people buy for what ever reason . I tried to buy a few things . Now that the tp is back up after being down for over 24 hours . The gold I had on my char Is now gone . So i am missing 14 gold not a happy camper. Now I am broke andkitten . I was not hacked i have all my items exotics etc . Where do I need to file this under to get my gold back in a timely matter
