The Guild:

The guild goes for zerg wiping. Headcount cap is 50 active core member. After we cap, we’ll stop recruiting.

This is a guild of the people by the people. Your leaders are not here to guide you, your leaders are here to support you and push you. You as a community have to figure things out, co-operate amongst yourselves, come up with plans and ideas together. You build the guild, and you define it. When the going gets hairy, your leaders step in to help and even punish if need be.
It is a democracy here so keep it civil as to not ruin the luxury for everyone else.

Ranks:

Proprietress: This is Legendary Vic, the ‘Queen’ you may say, of our guild. She is there as a symbol. What symbol you wish that to be is up to you. However, do remember, she still holds the power to override all decisions made for the better of the guild.

Mediator: This is Thaelas Requiem, or better known as just, ‘Ricky’. One rank below the Proprietress, His job is mainly to handle guild disputes in the most efficient manner and is not limited to friendly ways. He will also help with the Council work.

Ground Zero Command: Core Member rank. These people have taken upon themselves to lead in WvW. Discussion amoungst who should lead and when must be talked among the commanders. If no one is currently leading during raid time, the first commander that comes in is required to tag up.

Ground Zero: Core Member Rank. You have fully become part of the guild family. You are required to uphold the rules and values of the guild. You are also required to help in any possible way for the commanders and council.

Men of Steel: These are the newly recruited. Each and everyone is allowed to do as they wish as a men of steel. However their goals should be geared towards becoming a core member. As a recruit, no rules or values apply to you, however, to become a core member, you have to show the core that you will abide by the rules and values.

Comrade in Arms: For those people that are friends of our guild, and may offer some valuable advice or help us out every so often.

Also having this problem but with my PowerColor R7 260×. Also did the above solutions with no avail.

Uninstall driver then reinstall new driver from AMD website if you didn’t do this when you changed card it all most 100% the cause

If its still there after try running furmak the stress the card and see if you still get artifacts

Thanks for tip. I already did this and still there is artifact on the stress test. But now there are just pixelated graphical glitches only when the GPU heats up to 73 deg C. Is this a normal heat that a GPU can handle?

Kind of looks like you might have a bad GPU.

I know some of the R9 270X’s came out defective. Small, like 2-3% of them. But that doesn’t mean yours isn’t one of them.

Just to run through it again;

Your PSU is what Wattage?
You reset your BIOS settings?
You Installed the Latest supported Driver from amd.com for your R9 270X?
You Did a SafeMode Driver Sweep before Installing the official latest driver?
You reseated the GPU, including its Power connector?

All thats left is to RMA and replace the GPU.

PSU = 620Watts
BOIS = new motherboard also so i think my BIOS is still on its stack.
Installed driver from the AMD website.
Need to try the SafeMode Driver Sweep now and will reseated the connectors.

Hi can someone help me. I upgraded my video card to r7 260x and this graphic glitches shows up mostly on WvW and where there is a lot of player around me. This error doesnt show on my old video card.

I previously have a gw2 in my pc in my D drive. I upgraded my computer and cant play my gw2 anymore. So I just reinstalled my gw2 thinking it will fix the problem.

But know my client is just downloading up to 107xx kb of files then it will close then another installation will pop-up and now it will only download 0 then will close again.
