Guild Wars 2

I’ve recently made my first elementalist. She just hit level 11 but still does not have the weapon swap ability. The other professions I tried already had before level 11. So I’m wondering, is my character bugged? Or do elementalists just get it later? Or do they never get it?

I’m fairly new to the game. I randomly chose a server and have since found that a RL friend plays on a different one. I know I can “guest” to his server, but I’d rather avoid that hassle and just reroll there. Since I have not played long, I’m not really attached to my characters yet, so I have no problem deleting them.
My question is: if I delete all my characters and start over on a different server, will all the stuff in my bank still be there? And will I still have my gold? Or will all that disappear when I delete my final character?
