Guild Wars 2

I am wondering if there are any add-ons for Guild Wars 2.

I have heard of the combat mod or something like that and a ton of WvW add-ons but I am looking for HUD add-ons like in Guild Wars 1; ones that would change the color and textures of the HUD and other such things, or are those none-existent?

The base game included with HoT is only for new customers/accounts or those upgrading from free to play. It does not have a separate key. You cannot give it away to someone else.

I just bought HoT Deluxe edition. I am sure all of you know but it comes with HoT and the base game, which I already have.

Me and a friend have been playing this together lately, although he is playing the free version.

I already used the code I got on my account and I was wondering if it is possible/still possible to give the base game to my friend since I already have it or is that not possible to begin with/since I activated the key already?

So after farming for about 3 hours for today I finally got the portal THANK LORDY
I got the usual message telling me I would receive an email from them.

This happened about 2 hours ago, just checked my main email I use for GW2, no email from Anet. So I thought they might have sent it to my GW1 email so I went and checked that one, but not on that one either. Why is that? I need reasrruance. I was so excited about finally getting the portal!!!

I am not finished yet but here is a look at my current project of my Elementalist, Fàë.

I made a rough draft drawing in school today and want to know what you guys think of it, if it is a good idea and I should carry out with it or what?

My idea was to have a large circle dominating most of the artboard

then I would have GW connecting the corners with the circle, then on top of that in the center of GW I will have 2 covering a portion of the letters

then I might draw some vines or something as a reference to HoT

I plan on having Green, Red, and White as the colors for this project.

Lastly for the final touches, I am undecided but I want to either photoshop Caithe behind the GW2, or have Traherns sword or something like that, opinions?

For the “Kitten” it is supposed to be Kitten, it is replacing the word for some reason

If you are looking for a free program I suggest the following;
kitten ; kitten is a free photo editing program such as Photoshop

Inkscape ; Inkscape is a vector-based program which, if you don’t know, means that no matter how much you zoom and scale the photo you made it will not become pixelated, or in simplify terms it won’t become blurry and look like a ton of squares

If you want to do a sort of 3D modeling, which will take a fairly long time to get used to because there is so much stuff you need to know and learn if you want to do really good art, also, I just want to mention that you do not have to make a 3D object in such programs, the one I will show you will let you render then take a screenshot

If you have the money and want to get good professional programs I suggest the common Illustrator and Photoshop. You can learn both of these programs easy enough and if you can’t there are TOOOONS of tutorials all over the internet.

Photoshop The same as kitten but pricey, easier(in my opinion), and has more possible things to create

Illustrator The same as Inkscape but, also pricey, simple, more of a clean and not complicated UI and all that good stuff

Other programs you can look at

Unreal Engine 4 UE4 is a great game engine that the Unreal team thankfully made free not to long ago so you can download it and make your own game. They have objects in the engine so you can just drag and drop them. Also, the best part, is if you are not a very good coder, they have blueprints which is basically a connect the dots kind of thing, but you might still need to look into how to do those.

Audacity is a nice program to record either your own voice and edit it, or record songs or anything from the internet and/or YouTube, then you can dupe parts of it, cut parts out, and make it into a remix.

FL Studio is a program that allows you to make your own music (best paired with Audacity. FL studio IS NOT free, but you can get the demo which never ends, BUT you cannot reopen your song after save it so be aware of that.

VSDC Free Video Editor is a good video editing program, but it may look confusing at first. Just play around for a few hours and you will learn how to cut parts, add music and add extra clips (such as an intro)

Make Human is a free program that let’s you edit a 3D human, which you can then drag into a program such as Blender or you can take it straight to a game engine and add it to the game. This program allows you to change the age, skin tone, private parts, the size of those parts and a lot more

Anime Studio Debut if you want to get into animation you can use this program, it is not free but it is fairly good. If you buy it and open the program it will open a tutorial on pretty much everything possible from within the program rather than having to search the internet for it, which is pretty nice. But you can also do animations in Blender, the free 3D program, and Photoshop

Update : Edited this due to kitten translating to Kitten for some reason (?)

I am having an issue with getting the HoM rewards for my Guild Wars 1 account.

I have a GW1 account under a different email than my GW2 account is, but I linked it using the correct email.

After I linked my two accounts by entering my GW1 email where it says to do so, I went to the HoM and entered my GW1 toons name, Too Fast For Yuh, saw what rewards should be unlocked to me, opened GW2, I did all the GW1 stuff while the other one was open if they could have bugged it out or something?

But once I opened GW2, I was on my ele, level 30 something(just saying this incase HoM is some sort of level 80 only thing, I wouldn’t know because I haven’t tried it on my thief). I didn’t have the stone in my inventory but I knew about the skritt karma merchant in LA so I went and got one from him.

I used the stone and went to the historian(I think that is who it is?) on the Lilly pad within the HoM, and nothing.

I thought it might be because I didn’t close GW2 after linking the GW1 email with the GW2 email so I alt+f4ed out of the game and launched it again and what not.

Re-used the stone on my ele and still nothing. I am not sure what is going on

Any tips?
