All Issues with buying Gems, redeeming Gem Cards, TgUpdate and Performance Issues have all been fixed. Need to follow all the steps mentioned in https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/mac/TgUpdate-1-11-everytime-i-open-the-launcher/3390678

I cant honestly thank you enough Felicja. The update by itself fixed the TgUpdate issue but not fixed the Gems Issue, so decided to follow all the steps and has resolved all 3 issues now. Great instructions. Thank you again

What Version of the Mac Gw2 Client are you using?

I have had a support ticket open for this issue for almost 2 weeks and cant even redeem the gem cards that I have brought as it is only accepting 25 digit codes and the gem cards that I have brought are only 20 digit cards. Please help, I have missed out on a couple of things now and want to get back to finish crafting my ascended gear

I am having exactly the same issue, been around twice now and still not registering it
If there anything that can be done and yes have found all 4 in Mount Maelstrom
