No it is not an easy on your end. I have it as well. It is due to the UI scaling, as far as I saw. The smaller the more the TP will be unreadable. It is very annoying for the eyes. You get used to it though.

Same issue on Ring Of Fire server. The trading post has been down since middle afternoon (CET time). If one logs in out, it will take a lot of tries to be able to log in again. But the trading post remain down. There is as well a severe lags on our server, my friends and I are experiencing since the issue with the trading post started. A friend as well got the error message : Login Error: Portal returned error: 42: {"error":42,module,line,“text”:“Srv2Route, transaction timeout {#141724413}, {P+/Session/Forward+STS/1.0}”} — l_c.rb 94 (fangamer:-1). when trying to log in on Guild wars webpage.

I have the same issue.
Though it was showing up couple of weeks ago. But now it does not any longer.
If I go inside a dungeon, it will be displayed.
