Ive been getting this non-stop since december and its always an error code of 7:11:3:191:101. please someone find a fix for this!! the game is unplayable!

keep having 7:11:3:191:101 error code popping up and kicks me out of server losing all progress in meta events, making it unable to progress. also activates in story instances. need a fix for this!!
