Guild Wars 2

Well, seeing how we’re all fighting the same people, for the same reasons. I’d say we’re in an alliance weather you like it or not. So the only thing we now need to do is communicate with each other better.

If you are a commander and just joined a map, please take a minute to see what is going on in that map. there has been one too many failed sieges we were winning because a new commander shows up and starts telling every one to change maps, targets, or rally on him. effectively dividing our force that is out numbered to start with.

Remember, just because you don’t have a commander tag doesn’t mean you cant take charge and lead. but as i just said above, please be sure you know what is going on when you do. a new player that just showed up and starts yelling orders over the other leader who has been there longer then you. causes huge amount of confusion for many of the players.

those are just two little things that will help.

What is JFF?
Just For Fun gaming community is a new, fast growing community of like minded individuals that love playing games. Be it old school D&D or newer games like Battlefield 3. It has a great website that is always being improved upon. That is why I decided to choose JFF as our sponsor.

What We’re About

Raven Hold is a guild on the Gate of Madness server. We are an 18 and older guild sponsored by Just For Fun gaming community. Raven Hold will be doing most if not all of the hardest, highest tier content that will be in GuildWars2. We will be doing it when ever, however you want. There will be no set ‘raid Monday’ or ‘PvP Tuesday’ until you make it so. In Raven Hold, you decide when and how you play with your friends.

Your Events
You decide the event. If you want to start a PvP tournament team and lead them into being the top PvP players in Guildwars2, you can. Want to turn a raid into a drinking game? So when a person goes down he has to drink, you can. You will pick the members, rules, time of day, everything. This is your event. You will also have guild officers there to help if you need it.

The People
We are looking for friendly people that are at least 18 years or older and strive to be the best at what they love to do. Be it rushing head first into a battle to defend your keep even when you are hopelessly out numbered. Or creeping quietly through a dark cave full of the most hated monsters in all of Tyria. If you can do that while respecting others around you, and giving help when it is asked. You’ll find a nice home here at Raven Hold.

Rules
You’re an adult, act like one. I appreciate having fun and joking around and that’s just fine. But don’t act like a 10 yr old and whine and cry about every little thing that doesn’t go your way. Your actions represent the guild. Know that if you are constantly trolling, everyone will think we’re a guild full ofkitten hats, and that isn’t what we are and won’t be tolerated.Try to be on TeamSpeak when you play. I understand people can’t be on TeamSpeak every time they play. All I ask is that you make an effort and try to be social. After all, what’s the point in joining any guild if you aren’t there to have fun with your guild mates!

We have a great website with many great features; Shoutbox, TeamSpeak 3 integration, an arcade (over 4000 games!) and much more. We also have our own TeamSpeak 3 server with as much capacity as needed. All managed by the dedicated staff at JFF gaming. By joining Raven Hold you’re joining a community of friends, playing games Just For Fun over the years to come.

How to Register
Go to http://www.jffgaming.com and click on register on the top of your screen near the username and password fields.
You now need to give your self full membership to JFF. To do that you simply click on ‘Storefront’ and click the: ‘JFF membership’ then proceed to check out. Membership is always free. And you can buy account perks with tokens you earn.
After you have given your self full membership click here and fill out the app.
That’s it! You have successfully applied to Raven Hold! Now just sit back and relax till your application is processed. While you wait feel free hang out at JFF and get to know the people your going to be playing with and hop into TeamSpeak 3
