It’s still on the list of available, and it will appear to go into the active slot, but won’t actually work. Cosmetically, it’ll still be listed under available and the one it replaced won’t be, not even using potions at this point will increase it. Changing tabs or closing and reopening the pvp panel will revert to the previous active track.

Not entirely sure this is possible, but it would be really great if people that have their accounts linked could buy GW1 items (BMP, merc slots, xunlai panels, costumes, etc.) with gems instead of having to use the in-game store from the other game. Like I said, I’m not sure if it’s possible or not (seems plausible since GW2 gets account info from GW1, so it should theoretically work both ways) but it sure would be nice to have. If need be, certain purchases (the games themselves) could be disabled to prevent people from getting "free" copies of the game (even though you’d have to have a copy of at least one game plus EotN (I think) to do this).
