Why are you planning to add ALL existing user passwords to the blacklist?

Because that in itself is a massive security risk.
Consider this: people are not security-conscious. Probably a lot more than 1.5% of your users right now use a password they share with something else.
Okay, you force them to change it (which could easily turn into a big PR CF, if the things I’ve read in my guild’s chat etc. are any indication), and add their old password to your blacklist. Now, you have a list of passwords that contains ones that are known to hackers, and ones that normal people use in other places.
WHAT IF THAT LIST LEAKS?
How many people will get screwed over on other sites because you had a perfectly fine password on a random list of passwords?
Yeah, it won’t affect your game or the game’s accounts. It will affect your customers. Seriously, you cannot enforce security in this manner – because if we consider the 1.5% hacking rate, then with this move, you are endangering the remaining 98.5%!
So please, reconsider the adding of old passwords to that blacklist. Have it store hacked passwords, sure. That makes sense. Do NOT, please, do NOT add valid passwords in there!

This is, imo, a very good point that could really use dev attention.
It is not clear how, for instance, I could make sure my account has e-mail verification (Okay, honestly I know it has because I remember the e-mail received) from the website or client. There should at least be a short line of text in the “security” tab saying “Email status: verified”/“Email status: Unverfified. Do this to verify now!”
For what its worth, I like seeing the following:
Anybody who runs up during a dynamic event / boss and helps out with healing/damage/distraction/anything.
Guardians, because they are great at, well, not being dead.
Mesmers, because more clones = less chance of enemy attention on real players. Also, I’m a mesmer and I like seeing more of variations of what I do.
Elementalists, rangers – AoE is always useful. Also bears and elementals for more distraction.
Necromancers – more minions to distract the enemy, also helpful with condition/buff reversals.
What I don’t much care about: .. Thieves, for one. Also, warriors running on greatswords/sigils. It’s not that they aren’t effective – they are. It’s that there’s just so many of them, I’m practically sick of seeing the same hundred-blades masher style.
What I actively dislike: The class that runs in, drags 5 to 7 other enemies onto you, dies, teleports away.
In other words.. It really is much more down to the player than the profession itself. Except greatsword warriors because seriously, so many.

Oh, it’s not a tuning/balance bug. Nearly all of the quests – moreso as they get higher – are made to favour unfair odds and tanky builds. Honestly, you either corpse-run the most of them a lot, get help, or reroll a warrior.

Ah, that one. It is doable, but sort-of hard for a mesmer.
Basically, treat this as a definite boss battle. Admittedly – I have a staff +s/p build, and staff was pretty key in this case.
Right, once you get to the destroyer queen being there along with her adds, what you want to do is run way off to lose aggro, and then pull all the adds out one by one with your ranged abilities. Take them out, single-file, and leave only the queen +1/2 at most.. At that point, and only then, should you take her on. After that, it is really a simple case of kiting + ranged phatasms and clones to keep her attacks off yourself.
And yeah, the story instances around that point are stupidly unfavourable of our profession. Since we don’t realy have great AoEs, thinning out the monsters and splitting them up is vital. Also, dodge like hell out of the destroyer firewells or whatever they are called. If they all get wells under you, then you will melt in seconds.
