Same problem with me, I have your exact problem, I’ve emailed Arenanet Multiple times only to get sent automated Replies even when they tell me to reply to the email for further help.

Okay so before GW2 Was released I found out about the HOM Rewards, I used the calculator on my main GW1 Character and it told me he had 5 Rewards (The Heritage Armour Set) When I bought GW2 I linked it to my GW1 Account, When I recieved Early Access I didn’t have the portal stone in the mail so I had to buy that from a Charr in Lions Arch. When I enter the Hall of Monuments and talk to the ghost on the lily pad and talk to him he just dismisses me saying I’m walking a different path to this hero or something of the sort. Hence no rewards : / Would appreciate all help
