Gaile, please could you do something or at least inform us about these “unauthorized access” suspensions as I have got one myself and I really want to get my account back and start playing because this is precious time wasted.
Please Gaile, answer us, it the least you can do.

My account got suspended like 3 hours ago and the reason is " unauthorized access " and I know that nobody has logged on my account because I haven’t received any email authentication ! I am homesick and I have time now to play the game but obviously my account is suspended so I can’t do nothing. I just hope that it doesn’t take more than 24 hours to reactivate my account as I have paid double for this game since the first copy I bought didn’t want to link my Gw1 to Gw2 account so I had to purchase another copy of the game to be able to link my HoM and now I also get suspended for some reason that didn’t even happen.
This is so sad. I hope they remove the suspension today.

My account has been suspended because it has been detected that someone unauthorized tried to access my account.
I have completed a reformat and installed a fresh Windows 7, but I still haven’t got an answer from Support .
When will my account be playable again?
When is the suspension going to be removed?
Please I am really eager to play …
