The assault on CD Keep in EB was pretty fun, TC kept our outer wall down and laid attack after attak at our inner gate. Unimpressed we let that treb alone but was impressed with the few we had left on the map to defend the keep. At one point TC was pretty close, they snuck 3 golems to the inner gate, busted it open and we had the lord room filled with seige. We locked half TC in the inner keep and disposed of them quickly before rushing out to deal with those outside.
I was impressed with the crew we had left, it was few but we packed a nice defence. I was suprised TC didn’t lay another attack right after or the keep would have been theirs. Guess we got lucky on that, but it was major fun.
I really hope HoD gets some WvW bodies, no server deserves to be left out dry like this. I prefer getting pushed from both sides then just trying to focus on one server. Anyways it’s been some good fighting.

It’s been a weird matchup this week. It just feels like each server is catching each other as their population in wvw goes down. All 3 servers seem to have different peak periods. It just feels like 1 minute a server is taking stuff, then next minute the other server is taking stuff, then the other and repeat. It’s really hard to get a grasp of this match except for the fact CD is able to sustain coverage longer. The very few times where it felt like each server had queues had some great battles.
Yak’s, Dark’s and fellow CD’ers. I think this is a great match that demonstrates that scores doesn’t matter and we’re all logging into WvW to have fun. It’s nice to see that each server is pushing numbers even when they log on and most, if not all their stuff is gone.
My respect goes to everyone in this match (cept for the hackers, they can go.. well…. you know….). It’s been great and lots of fun, and hopefully it’s been the same for everyone.
I think most are unimpressed of walls being permanently down. I think a better suggestion would be that each shot would use some supply from the place it’s being shot from.
This would make supply camps more important and can eventually give a way to stop trebs from keeping walls down permanently. Maybe this will make keep/tower trebs be used more strategically rather then mindless firing.
I’m kinda suprised no one brought up a change so that you can’t treb from castle to castle to keep walls of other keeps perma down. I don’t know if many would like this but I think it would be a better experience so that you need a group to break into a keep, rather then 1 guy from halfway across the map.
Dunno, I just feel seige used for offence should be in a vulnerable area so that it needs to be immediatly defended rather then getting a free pass from a fully upgraded keep. It’s mostly the fact that every keep is tightly packed together so we’re not running for 5 minutes from area to area. This should make taking some places a little harder instead of keeping walls/gates constantly down as the seige should be in a more vulnerable position.
