me too from Switzerland and with Swisscom, but now i can log in with my main. I noticed that today I was accesing via an IP in Lausanne, now I’m from an IP in Camorino and it works, so maybe the issue in french switzerland is related.

ok but i’m playing with friends on my server so changing server isn’t really a solution.
And today is the first time i have that error.

same problem here on Fissure of Woe server.
problem happens with char that are in Lion’s Arch, Metrica Province, and happened with two other char when i tried to enter a personal story instance. now with those two char when i try to log in i have another error code (Code=19:9:18:1803:101).
