I’m having the exact same issue. It usually happens after finishing cut scene type of dialogs (story line mission conversations, talking to a scout and going through the map, etc). All combat sounds, both my character’s and from mobs, are gone…yet all other sounds work fine. This started up since the patch, never had any problems before that.

We’ve picked up a few new members and have already started picking their brains on which direction they want the guild to head. If you’re interested in joining a new, fun, friendly, open-minded guild where your voice is heard (and not just on TS) give us a shout.
Right now we’re looking at organizing more guild farming events, fractals, and some dungeons.
