I had this as well and I somehow fixed it; apparently one of my maps didn’t give me my zone completion reward so my world completion reward did not trigger. What I suggest you to do to “fix” it is try going to Chantry of Secrets again and see if the reward triggers. If this does not work, try porting into every major city from Lion’s Arch asura gates and see if that triggers it. If it still does not trigger, you should try going to the other non-town zones to see if the reward triggers. Going to the major cities worked for me btw; I tried going to Black citadel, Hoelbrek, The Grove and it didn’t work but when I entered Rata Sums my reward triggered.

its trigger when i go to Chantry of Secrets

I already finish all the map and it show all 100%.
But i do not have the message and achievement show out.
Also i do not get any bonus when 100%.
And my friend finish after me.
He already got that bonus.
Hope can handle. And i have wait a few day.
And reported at game but still no reaction.
