Ticket 846296. It has been almost a month and I still have not been able to do the living story part, can I please have an update on this?

I know you said it was being investigated, but the big patch came and went and still no fix. Getting a little desperate here.

Hello, it has been 5 days now since I last heard of my ticket (846296). I was told they would escalate my ticket for further assistance and have not heard from it since.

I cannot unlock The Dragons Reach: Part 2. I have no mail to unlock it, says it costs 0 gems for me and when I click purchase It gives me a network error. I have tried to empty my queue I have nothing in my trading post, tried repairing my game client, nothing works. I would appreciate help in this issue. Thank you.

Same problem, tried 2 times in party and once alone. The quest kind of stops tracking after the first side altar, doesnt give you a new goal. You can still kill the other side altar and trahreane will port there telling the story but after that doesnt work.

I am having problems linking my GW and GW2 accounts. At first it was complaining about server problems, but after some time it did this:

When I type my login and password and click link accounts, it logs me out and takes me to the account management login screen.

I also made a ticket about this. (#188108)
Was a little confused at first about the NCsoft master accounts, but when I figured that out, the linking still doesnt work for me.

Is there anything I can do about this? Any way to fix it?

Having the same problem still, I’m on Ruins of Surmia. Any ETA on a fix?
