Excuse me, but why am I still under review after a week? I’ve sent a new serial code in my latest ticket update for 121028-001786
I’ve got a replacement serial code, can’t you guys just place that key under my account to replace the one which had issues? Does it need to go through a review still?
A lot of us here are losing game time, I for one am losing holiday time waiting to play this game again. Would it be faster If I just used the new key to start a new account?

Hi. It’s been 5 days since I submitted a my first ticket. My account was blocked/suspended because the serial code I received from a seller was bought using a stolen credit card. His whole batch has been blocked. However, he was nice enough to replace all those serial codes with new ones. So, I now have a new serial code. My only problem is, how do I go about entering this new key so I can continue playing? I tried the registration page, and all I got was an error, something about a serial code overlap. What do I do??
