So do you think they can get me a new code? Instead of me paying more money for a new one?

My account has been suspended about a year ago. Since GW2 was on sale I decided to buy the game onlie so I can upgrade my account so its not suspended amymore but its still suspended . What I’m wondering is that could Refound or get back my code so I can make a new account and be able to actually play.

I had the same problem but i figured a way that worked for me.
I tried restarting my computer several times and noting has worked.
Then i went downstairs and unplugged my internet box from power, after that i restarted my computer, started guild wars 2 and the problem was fixed.
