Guild Wars 2

I’m probably the only one here who feels this way but i personally don’t want legendary’s skin to become acc bound. I feel like it would devalue legendaries a lot. I’m working on my first, yes first legendary, and this just made me want to quit.

sigh my computer wont be able to take in all the particle effects if the skins have them lolz
