Narrowing my choices down to elementalist and necromancer as these were the two classes I was enjoying while doing PvE. Any recommendations between the two? Things that are completely different in playstyles between the two? Any and all help is still greatly appreciated. Thanks!

So I’m trying to decide on a class that is a ton of fun and still viable in PvP. I’m new to the game and don’t care about complexity. It seems like PvP warriors dominate as well as the guardians with the other classes lagging behind. What are your favorite classes that are fun and still have decent ways of killing people. Classes I was interested in were elementalist, necromancer, engineer, and mesmer (though I heard this is a hard character for a new player). I kinda like the sound of elementalist, but everyone makes it sound like they completely suck end game pvp and WvW. Thoughts? Any and all help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
