I believe they would like to ignore all case related to this problem.
It is because when I open a new ticket for my credit card issue,
they just changed the state of my question to be duplicated.
Never respond, Never answer.
And keep ignoring you forever.

Hi Gaile,
I get something wrong again. Ticket Number: 121118-002383
And I believe it is not only an issue just about account, but also my credit card.
So i decided to post here, not in your topic.

One of my account( bought from official site) is permanently banned,
because of my payment rejected.
At the same time my credit card get the same problem, either.
Your payment team make me upset and disappointed.
For the account, I paid in the official site with legal and accurate information.

I have to wait for 14 days and just give my an silly answer.
It is my payment was in high risk area, so you rejected it WITHOUT ANY PROVING AND MESSAGE TO ME.

Without doubt, I am the card owner.
It is the truth, and never been changed . Of course, I can prove that.
Would you like to see my bill?

Besides, The card center told me that they had done the payment, but the company(you) did not accept it.

So why my payment is in high risk area ?
Why it is not accepted?
And why my payment is in numerous fraudulent transactions ?
Your payment team never answer me.
Why don’t you try to prove my payment through email before you block it?

I request unlocking my card and accept my further payment.
Of course. if I can get my character back with new serial number, it would be perfect.

Will my account be banned if I purchase it with the same credit card from the retail seller site?

I suggest you to prove it before you GUESS it was a fake card.
Because it would make your customers angry, upset and inconvenient.
Of course. I encourage you guy speed up your service.
As it is the worst customer service, I had never seen before.
Also, communication is important. Please don’t ignore your customers.
at least tell your customers how long they have to wait for.
If you have any questions, please ask your customers before your own PRE – JUDGEMENT.
Please tell them why they are suspended/banned/terminated.
(Especially, it is because of your system error. )

my payment has been rejected, because of time out.
So would Arena Net request this payment again?
Or i should pay for another serial number for this account ?
Of course. I would like to get my account back with the characters.

121118-002383 Purchase was rejected and you were not charged. Update ticket if you believe otherwise.

I am sorry for bothering you again.
However, My ticket is still not updated.
And my account still be suspended. nothing change from 16/11
Is there anything I could help / provide ?
I bought it from the official site by credit card.

The one whose account got suspended by payment issue.
My ticket number is below.
121116-002285, 121118-002383 I followed up on this today

How can I get my account back within a short time.
12 days has gone ~ …..
And I suggest speeding up the service of payment team

How about a refunds of the suspended one and buy a new serial number for that account ?
Would it be faster than just waiting for your payment team replies ?
of course. I don’t want to refund .
But I have waited since 16/11. It’s a bit long, 10 days from I submitting my ticket already

On the other hand, I suggest ANET to improve the payment system.
Because there are a lot of people got the same issue.
But the error seems cannot be solved.
All of us have to waiting without time limits, without suitable reason.
It is sad, disappointing.

I believe it is not too frequently to ask for your help.
As the ticket has opened since 16/11/2012.
Please let me know the progress of my ticket.

Last Week(11/11/2012), I bought a GW2 as a gift to my Friend.
However, his account got suspended since 16/11/2012.
I have search the net and found what is the matter.
Reading posts in some forums, I sure my suspending not because of botting, spamming or gold selling.
Then, I tried to check my payment. I phoned to my bank and asked for the details.
Finally, I got the answer of why my account had suspended.

It is because the payment does not done properly.
The credit card center claim that they have transferred the money to CHARGE.NCSOFT.COM. However, the company(you) did not receive the payment.

In those few days, I keep checking the official forum of GW2. I discover that seems some people got the same problem with me and both of us got suspended for some days or even weeks.

I have submit some tickets from 16/11/2012. A GM had renewed from 121116-002285 to 121118-002383 and escalated my ticket to your Payment Review Team on 18/11/2012. However, I have not got any responding from the team since 18/11/2012. Is there any news from my ticket and the others.

So I doubt the payment got errors.
Please give us some news. We hope to get more information than ignoring us.

It’s me again. Sorry for posting a same reply here and in aother post.
But I am losing my patient becaue of your ingoring.

On 10/11/2012, I bought a Guild War 2 Accont from the Official Site formy friend by my Credi card.
Unluckily, my friend’s account was suspended from 16/11/2012 until now without any reason.( ticket no 121118-002383, the first one :121116-002285)

Today is the 4th day having no responses from the payment review team.
He could not log in for 6 days, because of the payment issue.
IT IS NOT REASONABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
6 DAYS HAD GONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

However, I sure I paid for it, because I have got confirmation from my card center on 18/11.
The card center have confirmed they have paid the money to charge.ncsoft.com on 11/11/2012.
Besides, the card had paid another account from a retail site some months ago. But, it is still working fine.

SO ~~~~
IT IS NOT MY MISTAKE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please ASK NCSOFT TO PAY FOR YOU AND THE INTEREST !!!!!!!!!!!!
My suspend is YOUR MISTAKE,
and I have to be punblished by YOUR MISTAKE ??
I cannot stand you guys keep ingoring me.

My friend’s account was suspended from 16/11/2012 until now.( ticket no 121118-002383, the first one :121116-002285) Today is the third day having no responses from the payment review team. My friend had not played for 5 days, because of the payment issue. However, I sure I paid for it, because I have got confirmation for my card center. Besides, I bought it from the official Web site with the same credit card before. The card had paid another account from a retail site some months ago. But, it is still working fine. So please check the ticket for me as well as the others.
