I 100% disagree. WvW needs more incentives to run in smaller groups, not yet another incentive to zerg up

I see where you’re coming from with this, but I disagree with it. As an MMO this game should encourage teamwork and planning, not lone wolf style game-play. Besides we’re not talking about 10 ppl not being able to contest a keep, it’s really directed more at the Nomad’s Theif who’s only purpose in life is to attack a guard at your keep and run away every 3 min.

Here’s my idea:
- Camps takes 1 Enemy in combat to contest.*1
- Towers takes 3 Enemies in combat to contest. *1 *2
- Keeps takes 5 Enemies in combat to contest. *1 *2
- SMC takes 5 Enemies in combat to contest. *1 *2

*1 If a guard or native siege weapon is killed/destroyed the objective become contested regardless of the number of nearby enemies. (Gives intensive as well to avoid T3 patrols)
*2 Or walls are damaged, gates need to take at least 5% of their health in damage before counting as “damaged”.

Disabling Ctrl-Click for Call Target.

Guess the title mostly says it. I’m looking for a way to disable the Ctrl-Click Call Target feature. Right now I have Ctrl bound to weapon swap so whenever I swap weapons and click on an enemy to target them I automatically call target on them. Normally this is fine when alone but when in groups I could wind up targeting something that I don’t want the rest of the group to attack. Or even worse when I’m in a Squad with 49 other people and I call target on a random trash mob I want to take out and EVERYONE gets distracted trying to take down a single enemy.

Basically forcing this feature on us without giving us the ability to disable it makes the Ctrl key somewhat useless for combat related activities without hampering other players.

Personally I like it. Cause you can only get to those points in your own BL it sort of gives you a “Home Team Advantage”. Personally I wouldn’t mind being able to build seige weapons in a place where they can only be destroyed by other seige weapons. Hell, this exploit is really just one step from Tower/Keep Seige. The only difference is that it’s possible to melee them.

Well of Precognition and Inspiring Reinforcement only give stability if you stay inside the skill’s effect, in dynamic wvw fights that is often not good enough.

Mesmers WISH Well of Precognition was that good. As it stands the well itself doesn’t apply stab to other players, it’s only applied to the caster.
