Guild Wars 2

I just experienced the same thing. Tried to buy gems for gold on the currency exchange and it kept my gold with out giving me my gems, i put a ticket in, they pretty much blamed in on the connection and tough luck

I also tried to buy gems about 20mins ago and got an error. It took my gold without giving me any gems
